Full day(s) of Ninja Warrior Camp for Ages 4 and up.
During camp, students will focus on various aspects of Ninja training:
Balance
Speed
Coordination
Strength
Flexibility
FUN! - we always remember to have some fun
Team Challenges: Games, Races, Team-Building Exercises and more Fun Stuff
HOURS
Full days are 9am-4pm, then we have AM half day from 9am-12:30pm and 12:30pm-4pm for the PM half day option.
EXAMPLE CAMP SCHEDULE
9:00-9:30am - Ninja Warm Up
9:30-11:00am - Ninja Training
11:00-12:00pm - Obstacle Focus
12:00-1:00pm - Lunch (Bring a packed lunch)
1:00-1:30pm - Ninja Warm Up
1:30-3:00pm - Ninja Training
3:00-4:00pm - Obstacle Focus
Camps are reflective of local ISD schedules, available for single day or week long camps. If you don't see a school holiday on this list, let us know and we can likely add it. We want Move Sport to be your go-to option for days when you need to work but the kids want to Ninja.
